How long do I have to wait to receive my product?
It takes 24/48 hours to process your order and then 7 to 14 business days to deliver it to you.
Where do we ship from?
Our central office is located in Paris, France. Our international warehouses are located in Eastern Europe and Asia.
I made a mistake in my shipping address, how can I fix it?

Some items are missing in my order, what's going on?
Our products are shipped separately according to your order. For example, if your order contains items from two different warehouses, there will be two deliveries. The rest of your order will most likely arrive shortly.

I received a damaged item. What can I do?
We're sorry to hear that. Simply send us a photo of the damaged item to the email address: support-beatlights@outlook.com and we will send you a similar replacement item as soon as possible.
I haven't received my order yet. What's taking so long?
We apologize for the delay. Sometimes international shipping can take longer than expected due to customs clearance. However, you can track your order and see where it is at any time. If you still feel you need help tracking your package or want to inquire about your package, please contact us via email at support-beatlights@outlook.com .
How can I return an item I am not satisfied with?
If your item arrives at your home in poor condition and unusable, please contact us immediately at support-beatlights@outlook.com with proof of this.
All that:
(1) To return the product to us ( shipping costs will be your responsibility ) and then offer a full refund of the item price (including delivery) as soon as we receive proof of postage for the product. (1*)
This way of proceeding is intended to avoid any abuse, so we count on your understanding!
(2) Or to send a new product entirely at our expense.
Do you have a refund policy?
We do our best to solve any problem our customers may encounter with their online items. If you still wish to receive a refund for your order, we can of course complete the payment if the claim is made within 30 days of the order date and the product(s) in question are not out of stock.
